What are the key differences between lobbying at the state level versus federal or local levels in Colorado?

Colorado lobbying is vastly different from the federal level. Not only does our state require a robust reporting and transparency process but we are barred from leveraging ANY fiscal influence on covered officials(see Amendment 41). Colorado sets a strong standard for lobbyists and lobbying activity.
